Application Process: How to Apply for a Kisan Card

  1. HBL Connect Account Opening: Aspiring farmers initiate the process by opening an HBL Connect account.
  2. Department Registration: Non-registered farmers contact Agriculture Department staff for completion of registration formalities.
  3. Card Application: Following registration, applicants proceed to apply for the card.
  4. Visit HBL Konnect Retailer: A card application can be completed at any HBL Konnect retailer by paying Rs. 500 and opening a biometric mobile account.
  5. Verification and Card Collection: Upon meeting eligibility criteria, the card is dispatched to the Agriculture Office within 15 to 20 days, after which collection is possible post-verification.
